Luca performs “Ground Up and Beyond,” a contemporary dance solo choreographed by his friend, Kate Alsterlund. The dance was created as a three part biography based on Luca’s development into adulthood. As the first part of the dance, the emphasis is put on Luca’s struggles before discovering break dancing. “Everyone has their own issues. Everyone deals with them differently.”
